Course Information | |||||||||||
Description | Anatomy and Physiology II is the second part of a two-course sequence. It is a study of the structure and function of the human body including the following systems: endocrine, cardiovascular, immune, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive (including nutrition), urinary (including fluid and electrolyte balance), and reproductive (including human development and genetics). Emphasis is on interrelationships among systems and regulation of physiological functions involved in maintaining homeostasis. | ||||||||||

Your grade for the lecture component of this class will be based on your exam grades and your grade on the online homework assignments. The average for the lecture component will be calculated by the average of your 5 lecture exams and the average of all of the homework assignments. Attendance Policy | Online attendance is required DAILY. Assignments are assigned daily. Once an assignment is closed it will not be re-opened for any reason. NO makeups are given and no grades are dropped. If exams are missed due to a medical EMERGENCY, you must email me immediately. Exams not taken will be given a grade of "0". Exam grades will be posted on the course website as soon as exams are graded. If you email me with a question about a grade, the email must come from your LSCPA email address. | ||||||||||
